A few idiosyncracies: "A+" means A major and "A-" means A minor. "Capot 022222" means place the capot on the highest 5 strings, excepting the low E. Not every capot can do this and I recommend you find one that can. Finally, I've separated lyrics from chords because I like it that way. Here are all the songs.
